Information We Collect

Account details, such as your name, email address, and authentication information when you create or sign in to an account.
Scheduling and booking details you add in the app, including event titles, availability responses, booking preferences, invitee names, email addresses, and optional notes.
Connected calendar details when you choose to link a calendar account so Gather can create or manage bookings you authorize.
Basic technical information such as device, browser, log, and cookie data used to keep the service secure and working.

To provide the app, authenticate users, create scheduling links, and process bookings.
To support calendar integrations and send confirmations related to the actions you request.
To protect the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

With service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, and calendar infrastructure providers.
With people who access the event or booking links you choose to share, to the extent required for those flows to work.
If required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain account history, and meet security or legal obligations.
If you delete content or disconnect an integration, some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.
